What to Expect From Our Commercial Pest Services

Whether or not you know what types of pests are in your facility or where they are harboring, Southeast Termite & Pest Control will begin our service with an inspection of your property to help us identify all of the areas of concern and lets us know what we’re dealing with as far as pest species that are active on your property. We will check around the perimeter of your building, look for conducive conditions, identify causes of moisture, locate entry points, check the maintenance of dumpsters, and look for cracks and holes. We’ll also inspect the inside to identify any areas of concern.

After our inspection, we’ll perform an initial treatment to take care of the issues we identified during the inspection. Typical areas of treatment include:

• Hallways
• Bathrooms
• Break rooms
• Entry points
• Exterior perimeter

We’ll also place bait boxes for rodents during our initial service.

Ongoing pest control services treat all of the same areas as our initial treatment in order to maintain your property’s pest protection. Most businesses require quarterly services. However, in the case of a cockroach problem or if the property is an apartment complex, we will reservice monthly.
